Month-to-Month Coaching:
Straightforward coaching for individuals that are serious and want real results!
No commitment £125 per month
Plan includes:
Customised nutrition plan to meet your goals:
I will create a customised nutrition plan to help you reach your goals. This will
include periodic adjustments based on your individual response.
The diet is very flexible: The diet is an “if it fits your macros diet”. Simply pick from
an approved foods list and eat a diet you love eating. I can also help you with this and
meal suggestions.
Weekly cheat meals: we are all human and have social/family lives. All of my plans
include a weekly cheat meal that doesn’t have to be tracked… even on fat loss diets!

Customised workouts
I will provide you with a workout that best fits your lifestyle/goals. If you already
have your own workout plan you feel is working well, I can help you make
adjustments/tweaks to this.
Check ins via Telegram/WhatsApp
You will work closely with me, having a minimum of 1 checking per week to ensure
we are making the best possible progress.
AAS/PED support
Supplement suggestions and protocols:
- I will make suggestions to help keep you feeling good and healthy. I have a no
nonsense approach saving you wasting money on fad supplements.
Year-to-Year coaching
12 Months commitment £1350 per year
Receive everything you would with month to month coaching except with a nice discount.
